We don't accept insurance, however patients can get medical orders from Teylar Arroyo NP and use their insurance to cover the cost such a imaging, labs and medications.

All Patients entering practice require a full medical consult and will have labs completed or existing results reviewed. Packages include a medical plan, prescriptions along with a full supplement lifestyle and nutrition recommendation.

We cannot replace your primary care for primary preventative screenings or any specialist you are seeing. Teylar Arroyo practices general internal medicine to help support and guide patients in combination with their current health team.

Tirzepatide and Semaglutide are the most popular and most effective.

However our program can be purchased and followed without the use of medications.

What is hormone optimization?

How do I know if I have a hormonal imbalance?

Persistent symptoms — including fatigue, mood changes, weight gain, sleep disruption, low libido, and brain fog — that do not resolve with lifestyle changes are common indicators. Many imbalances go undiagnosed because standard lab reference ranges are often too broad to capture suboptimal function.

What is the difference between BHRT and conventional HRT?
