Optimum Wellness and Health was created out of passion to help others feel and be at their best in life.

Founded by Teylar Arroyo, a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in healthcare. Teylar made it her mission to create a platform for patients to have access to a variety of products that promote wellbeing and improved health. Teylar's training and practice in gastroenterology and the hospital setting gave her the experience working with a variety of chronic and acute health conditions over her career.
