Metabolic Reset with semaglutide Micro Dose Protocol

• From $250 a month first 3 months (1 payment of $750), then 299 a month up to 1.5mg a week. If not ordering monthly vials are 399 or 499 depending on size. Vials Available for established patients only.

Metabolic Reset with tirzepatide Mircro Dose Protocol

• From $400-425 a month for 2 or 3 month package (1 payment of $1200 or $850, payment is all inclusive except supplements). Then ordering can be month to month or 2 month supply (449 a month or 800 for 2 month supply.) If not ordering monthly, up to 30mg vial is 549. Vials available for established patients only.

Metabolic Reset with Zepbound (FDA approved Zepbound Weekly injections) or Wegovy (daily pills or weekly injections)

From $250 a month first 3 months (1 payment of 750) then 149 a month there after.

• Medication cost is separate and paid to the pharmacy

Hormone Optimization

• Women: From 250 a month First 3 months (1 Payment of 750), then 169 month there after. Pricing includes labs and medications. If you want to use your insurance, its 149 a month

• 149-169 a month, can cancel anytime.

• Zepbound, Wegovy and Hormones pair with the membership

• Can include care for weight, hormones, medical management and minor urgent care issues such as simple UTI or similar.

• If purchasing microdose protocol, patients ordering every month or at least 10 of 12 months a year, are considered "members" and receive these perks.

***Recent Lab work is required (usually within the last 3 months, however this can vary depending on medical history and symptoms). If you need lab work completed, no problem see pricing below, and a portion of that price can be applied to all programs! Win-Win!

We usually start with no obligation consultation and comprehensive lab work. We can use lab work from another provider if completed within past 6 months and no concerns are found.
