General Pricing QuestionsConsultations or single visits starting at $179.00 each. This amount can be applied to any wellness program (ie Metabolic Reset or Perimenopause Optimization) Wellness Programs starting at $250.00 a month (1 payment of 750.00) for a comprehensive 12 week program with unlimited provider access, customized meal plans and 150 pages of metabolic health content, then month 4+ is only $149.00 plus the cost of medications. All programs include concierge unlimited access to our provider, health coaching, use of the Healthie app for accountability and individualized meal plans via LivingPlateRX Medication and lab cost is not included in pricing above. Pricing for medication varies from 150-499 per month. Labs can be completed using your health insurance or we offer competitive pricing for cash pay labs. We cannot replace your Primary Care Provider at this time.
