For a single, affordable monthly fee, members gain access to a wide range of primary care services, including consultations, exams, lab work, EKG, and care coordination – all without the need for insurance and the associated copays and deductibles.


Additional services such as medications, blood-work and X-rays are available at cost, further reducing your overall healthcare expenses.

We take a functional and integrative approach looking deep into the clients whole whole patient and creating a plan that is sustainable for long term success.
  • Do we prescribe GLP1s or injections?
    Yes, if patients medically qualify we can prescribe GLP1 Injections. They can be purchased at cost in addition to our program costs. We have access to FDA approved Zepbound (tirzepatide) through Lilly Direct
  • Do we only offer weight-loss service?
    No. We are a comprehensive practice and we will complete a comprehensive medical evaluation for every patient that comes into our practice. We take a holistic and functional approach to all our services, combining traditional and non traditional medical interventions along side lifestyle changes.

    After a full consultation and purchasing your program you will have access to We will book a start up appointment to review your Premium program in person which takes about 60 minutes. You will receive initial guidance on the first steps in your program, including 2 booklets of education, meal plans and wellness guidance. Full Digital Program overview in Healthie.     To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
